If you have a must-have color, must-not color, or absolutely no lilies situation, leave us a note — we’ll do our best to honor it (within reason and inventory).
Every order is handcrafted. Slight variations are normal (and honestly, the point). It will still be fabulous.
Vase style may vary slightly based on inventory (unless a specific vase is shown and listed as included). If substituted, it will be similar in style and value.
Arrangements are designed for all-around viewing unless you request one-sided for a mantle or entry table.

Delivery windows are estimates; we plan routes for efficiency and freshness. If you need delivery by a specific time, note it and we’ll do our best (not guaranteed).

If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll leave the flowers only if there’s a safe, shaded spot (and we may contact you if there isn’t).
