Monthly Subscriptions are delivered on or around the 12th of each month. If the 12th falls on a Sunday, your flowers will be delivered on the Saturday before.

If you are a business or office your subscription will be delivered on the Tuesday of the week the 12th falls on.

All deliveries will be made during standard business hours.

For business and office subscriptions, we will always prioritize morning deliveries so your flowers can be enjoyed throughout the workday.

If the weather is mild, we'll leave your flowers in a safe, shaded location whenever possible. Vase arrangements can typically remain outside for a short time until you're able to bring them inside.

During extreme weather (excessive heat, freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or high winds), we'll return your flowers to the shop to protect them. You can pick them up during business hours, or we'll coordinate another pickup time if needed.

If you subscribe to our wrapped bouquet option, we highly recommend adding our reusable galvanized flower bucket. Simply leave it outside with fresh water on delivery day, and your bouquet can stay hydrated until you get home (weather permitting).

Daisy Drops are prepaid subscriptions, so monthly deliveries cannot be skipped or paused during the subscription term you selected at checkout.

If you'll be out of town during a scheduled delivery, don't worry! You're welcome to pick up your flowers from the shop at a later time, or you can gift that month's delivery to a friend or family member instead.

Just give us a call at least 3 days before your scheduled subscription delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Daisy Drops are seasonal, designer's choice arrangements, which means each delivery is thoughtfully created using the freshest blooms available at the time. This allows us to showcase what's in season and create something unique with every drop.

While we can't guarantee specific flower varieties, colors, or styles as part of the subscription, we're always happy to go the extra mile when we can. If you have a special occasion or a specific request, give the shop a call—we'd love to chat and see what's possible.

Absolutely! Daisy Drops make a wonderful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, thank-you gifts, or simply to brighten someone's day.

At checkout, you'll have the option to purchase a subscription on behalf of someone else. Just enter the recipient's delivery information, and we'll take care of the rest.

We'll also include a gift note with the first delivery letting them know their Daisy Drops subscription was gifted to them, along with helpful information about their delivery schedule and what they can expect throughout their subscription.
